"Stay with us Lord" - Third Sunday of Easter

Gospel: LK 24:13-35

Dear friends,

There are moments in life when we join Cleophas and his friend on the road to Emmaus;sad, frustrated, disappointed, confused and a feeling of giving up and return to the old self.

But our Risen Lord never abandons us on this road of confusion. He always comes to seek us, accompany us, teaches and even feeds us irrespective of our lack of faith and genuine love.

Let us invite him like Cleophas to stay with us amidst the darkness of Covid-19, darkness of; division, revenge, rejection, and selfishness .

Encouraged by his presence let us move out and witness him by loving one another(Caritas).
