On Passion (Palm) Sunday, we gather as a community in Jesus’ love and sacrifice, to anticipate the great events of our salvation, and listen again to the story of how we are saved by God in Christ. We live the dying and rising of our Redeemer daily in our losses and pain, our joys and accomplishments. We unite with the Lord’s passion, a perpetual gift of God’s endless love, and view all that happens to us in the shadow and light of that mystifying core conviction – that in dying and death we find ultimate life.
